All sales are Final. We accept returns for refund or exchange if an item is
damaged in transit.
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 5
days of receiving the item you ordered at firstname.lastname@example.org to
inform us of the damage. Then return the damaged item to us. Upon
receipt of the item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a
replacement is not available we will assign store credit. To complete your
return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning
your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for
a damaged item, the cost of shipping you pay to return the item will be
The amount of time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may
vary. There is no guarantee that we will receive your returned item so
we recommend that you have a tracking number. We are no responsible for
lost or stolen packages.
